Warranty

Synthetic Grass Warehouse offers an 8 year manufacturer’s warranty against reasonable UV fading and manufacturer’s defects. The warranty is valid for an 8 year period starting from the date of purchase.

For warranty to remain valid the following condition must apply:

• Correct maintenance and care conducted throughout the
life of the turf to SGWA standards

• Correct installation of the grass for all applications of the
product including infill

• No heavy machinery to be driven over or used on grass

• Appropriate general usage of grass

Synthetic Grass Warehouse does not cover the following:

• Normal or reasonable wear and tear or matting

• Any damage caused by or related to incorrect or faulty
installation including insufficient infill levels or unsuitable
base or surface areas the grass is installed on

• Damage caused by improper usage or vandalism

• Natural disasters (fires, flooding etc…)

• Incorrect or lack of maintenance and care
